Bill Webb Mr. Webb serves as president and chairman of the Open Road Foundation, a member of the Board of Trustees, and is an operating partner in Fenway Resources. Bill Webb joined Fenway Resources in 2007. Prior to joining Fenway Partners, Mr. Webb was Senior Vice President, Marketing Operations and Stakeholder Value for FFE Transportation Services, Inc. At 35, Mr. Webb was named the Texas Motor Transportation Associations' "Trucking Leader of the Year," and went on to lead that association as its president and chief executive officer for ten years. He is the author of Igniting the Blue Flame: Answering the Call to Leadership and founder of the Blue Flame Project, a national leadership initiative. |

Marc Kramer Mr. Kramer serves as vice-chairman of the Open Road Foundation, a member of the Board of Trustees, and is a managing director in Fenway Partners. He joined Fenway Partners in 2002 and leads the firm's practice in the Transportation/Logistics sector. Mr. Kramer has been involved in sourcing transactions, leading financings and portfolio company oversight. Prior to joining Fenway, Mr. Kramer was a Principal at Aurora Capital Group, a Los Angeles-based private equity firm. Prior to Aurora Capital, Mr. Kramer was a consultant for Corporate Decisions Inc., a Boston-based consulting firm. Mr. Kramer received a M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and a B.A. cum laude in Government from Dartmouth College. |

Dan Sokoloswki Mr. Sokolowski is secretary/treasurer of the Open Road Foundation, a member of the Board of Trustees, and is an operating partner in Fenway Resources. Mr. Sokolowski has been partnered with Fenway since 2005 when he sold a majority stake in Panther Expedited Services to Fenway which he founded Panther in 1992 and served as CEO until April 2007. Currently, Mr. Sokolowski serves as the Chairman of Panther as well as the Chairman for Refrigerated Holdings, Inc., a Fund III portfolio company. Prior to founding Panther, Mr. Sokolowski started his career in transportation at Eagle Expediting in 1983. |

John Anderson Mr. Anderson is a member of the Board of Trustees of the Open Road Foundation and an operating partner in Fenway Resources. Mr. Anderson has been affiliated with Fenway since 1999 to pursue investments in the transportation and logistics sector. Previously, Mr. Anderson was Executive VP with two railroads, BNSF and CSX. Prior to his railroad experience, Mr. Anderson was a partner with McKinsey & Co. for 13 years working with clients on global strategy, logistics, and M&A. To date, Fenway's investments with Mr. Anderson in transportation and logistics include over thirty companies, grouped into six platforms: Greatwide Logistics, Panther Expedited Services, RoadLink, Inc., Refrigerated Holdings, Inc., Fastfrate, Inc., and Preferred Freezer. Mr. Anderson received an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and a B.S. from Stanford University in Mechanical Engineering. |

Aaron Schwartz Mr. Schwartz serves as a member of the Board of Trustees of the Open Road Foundation and is a Managing Director at Fenway Partners. Mr. Schwartz joined Fenway Partners in 1999. Mr. Schwartz has been involved in the diligence and analysis, financing, oversight and exit of a number of investments. Prior to joining Fenway, Mr. Schwartz was an Associate in the Financial Entrepreneurs Group at Salomon Smith Barney. Mr. Schwartz received a J.D. and a M.B.A. with honors from U.C.L.A. and graduated cum laude with a B.A. in International Relations and a B.S. in Economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. Mr. Schwartz is a Certified Management Accountant. |
